At Lavita, we are committed to delivering high-quality pickles, fresh bakery biscuits, and crunchy snack products. Due to the nature of our food items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective
  • The product is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Packaging is tampered with before delivery

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste or personal preference issues
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Delay caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

3. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, customers must:

  1. Provide order details (Order ID and purchase date).
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Lavita reserves the right to verify the claim before approving any return or refund.


4. Refund Policy

Once the request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In certain cases, Lavita may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.

5. Replacement Policy

A replacement may be provided when:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Quality issues are verified by our team

Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on location availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Quality Assurance

Lavita ensures that all pickles, fresh bakery biscuits, and crunchy snacks are prepared, packed, and shipped following strict hygiene and quality standards. Customers are advised to store products as per instructions mentioned on the packaging.
